Explanations:
State Number          - Eg 2=NSW, 3=VIC, 4=QLD etc

Local Authority Code  - Used internally by Reed Construction Data. A list of these codes
                        and corresponding council names can be downloaded
                        from the Housing section of our website at
                        www.reedconstructiondata.com.au/products/housing.php

Construction Type     - 110 = HOUSE/SINGLE DWELL    
                  	120 = DUPLEX                
                  	130 = EXTENSION/ALTERATION  
                  	140 = MULTI DWELLING/FLATS  
                  	150 = SWIMMING POOL         
                  	160 = COMMERCIAL            
                  	170 = CARPORTS              
                  	180 = VERANDAHS             
                  	190 = GARAGES/SHEDS         
                  	195 = PERGOLAS   

Builders Sort code    - This field sorts the data by the "logical"
                        builders name. IE If the Builder name is P Jacob
                        then the sort code would be something like JACOBPE

Owners Code           - Further describe the owner of the construction
                        W = Welfare (eg Government housing)
                        X = Investment
                        B = Builder building for himself (display home)

Applicant (Field 26) -  A = Applicant
			O = Owner

Note: Field 19 (brief description) reserves the first 6 characters for
      Wall, Roof, and Floor codes:

      ie Positions 1-2 = Wall code
            "      3-4 = Roof code
            "      5-6 = Floor code
