 Notes:    The last 4 records are special "Total Records" (as per our
           MAT report lists) and contain information from many
           records. You may need to exclude these records for
           mailings etc depending on your requirements. A summary of
           the last 4 records:
  
          4th last record -     "Builder Unknown/Tender" Totals for all
                                approval information for which the
                                builder is unknown.
  
          3rd last record -     "Owner Builders" Totals for all approval
                                information for which the owner is
                                also the builder.
  
          2nd last record -     "Other approvals" Totals for all
                                approvals for known builders that
                                are below the cut off. IE if your
                                specifications were for the top 50
                                builders, this total would include
                                Builder 100, 101, 102 ...........
  
          Last record -         Grand totals of all approvals (that satisfy
                                the specification selection criteria)
