"Finally I am getting back to you with our results, the delay is one of the sweetest problems a business owner can have: have been too busy!
So far the figures look fantastic, we have:
* Increased our ‘registered’ database by over 20% (‘registered’ refers to new customers who have provided us with name and details). for each 1 of these customers we would have had at least 2 ‘cash & carry’.
* Income is looking like doubling our previous month takings.
Many of our regular customers came in and purchased products in bulk, and higher priced items. This has led to an increase in our average spend of $20, we now sit at around $80+ per customer!
From early indications we expect that the take up rate is in excess of 10%, but will provide you with more concrete info once we have concluded the months figures.
Feedback has been positive, and we now have a referral program in place to capture more of the word of mouth customers.
Overall a successful campaign made so much easier with your help and advice. It is a daunting task to enter into any form of advertising/ marketing campaign, but all along your fantastic support and advice has made it soooo much easier. At no point have I felt silly or out of control with this campaign, from the start your knowledge and industry advice ensured our decision making process was based on intelligent information not emotion, and your phone calls and email to see how we were going was comforting – it felt like someone cared! Gordon and his team made the actual delivery of our flyer seamless, and in fact we are now talking about our February promo! yee haaaa, bring on the new year!Thanks again for your help, look forward to working with you again in the 2007."
